14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Iceberry LLC offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all Premium purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and use their refund request flow, or contact our support team through the app settings and we will direct your request to Paddle.

Refund eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • Both subscription and lifetime purchases are eligible for a refund within the 14-day window.
  • If you have used the Premium features extensively, we may still honor your refund request at our discretion.
  • Refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing management portal. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time after the 14-day refund window, unless required by law.
