Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Interval Timer (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Iceberry LLC ("we", "us", "our") provides the Service to you subject to these terms.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, subscribing, or continuing to use the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the authority to enter into these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include: unlawful use; fraud or spam; infringement of intellectual property rights; interference with security (malware, probing, scraping); and any activity that harms other users or our systems.

4. Intellectual property

Iceberry LLC retains all ownership rights in the Service, including software, code, documentation, branding, and logos. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the scope of your selected plan. You may not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits.

5. Service level

We strive to keep the Service available and error-free, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues may cause temporary interruptions.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are handled by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. For details, please refer to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

7. Account and credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

8. Termination and suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access for: material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal; access continues until the end of your current billing period.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iceberry LLC disclaims all implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for purpose). Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
